Order Processing & Dispatch
Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon payment confirmation.
For heavy freight items (such as shipping containers, trailers, and large machinery), our logistics team will contact you directly to coordinate dispatch and specific delivery requirements.
Delivery Methods & Logistics
Heavy Freight & Flatbed Transport: Containers and trailers are delivered via specialized flatbed or tilt-bed trucks. The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible, level, and cleared of obstacles.
Standard Shipping: Smaller parts, accessories, or standard merchandise are shipped via major parcel carriers with tracking provided.
Delivery Inspection
Upon arrival, the recipient or authorized representative must inspect the shipment for any transport-related damage before signing the delivery receipt. Any noted issues or damages must be documented immediately and reported to our support team within 48 hours.
